Use the large grinding wheels of the Baldor-Reliance®-.75HP, 1800RPM, 1PH, 60HZ, 3524C, 8-Inch Grinder Wide Design to shape, sharpen or trim down metal objects, including tools, machine and motor parts and other fabrications. The 8-inch industrial bench grinder puts out 0.75 hp with its single-phase, 4-pole motor running at either 115V with 4.6 Amps or 230V with 2.3 Amps. The Baldor 8-inch grinder has a totally enclosed, nonventilated motor to keep out any metallic debris, putting out 1800 rpm of grinding speed. The dual-spindle grinder comes with 36- and 60-grit 8-inch abrasive wheels, each with a 0.75-inch bore and 1-inch face. The Baldor bench grinder also has all the right safety equipment. Spark arrestors and eye shields protect your face and clothing from sparks and debris. The wheels of the Baldor grinder have exhaust guards that vent away metallic filings and dust. Cast-iron tool rests let you grind at proper angles. Rubber feet stabilize the grinder on the work table and minimize vibration. The Baldor bench grinder comes factory-connected at 115V with an 8-foot cord.
