The Makita brushless cordless metal cutting saw kit contains a cutting saw, rapid charger, battery and a tool bag. Saw with a cutting capacity of 2-5/8 Inch is operated by a brushless motor that delivers up to 160 cuts per charge in 2-1/2 Inch x 2-1/2 Inch x 4 Inch steel angle. Active feedback sensing technology turns the motor off if it detects any sudden stopping of the tool. This saw can be used on various materials such as pipe, stud, channel, strut, conduit, angle, square tubing, sheet metal and more. Tool can be repositioned easily with an electric brake for optimum productivity. LED light with pre-glow and after-glow feature brightens up the workspace. Rubber grip on the soft handle minimizes fatigue and ensures good user comfort.
