The Makita brushless cordless 1-1/8 Inch rotary hammer comes with a dust extractor. Hammer works well with SDS-plus bits and is ideal for heavy-duty applications. XGT technology produces up to 135 of 3/8 Inch holes per charge on a single battery. Brushless motor operates at an impact energy of 2.8 ft-lb and has a speed of 0 to 980 RPM and 0 to 5000 BPM. Constant speed mechanism automatically applies the power under load. Active feedback-sensing technology electronically shuts down the motor in case the rotation of the bits if stopped suddenly. Anti-vibration technology minimizes the vibration on the padded handle thus making it easier to use. Internal counterbalancing technology moves the counterweight positions in the opposite direction of the drive piston by utilizing the air pressure. Auto-Wireless technology makes use of Bluetooth connectivity for effortless wireless communication between the equipped tool and the dust extractor. Dust extractor automatically starts when the tool is running and stops immediately when the tool is stopped. This in turns enhances the productivity and minimizes the continuous noise at the jobsite. Torque-limiting clutch disengages the gears if the bits binds thus preventing any gear damage. Electric brake prevents sudden initiation and the integrated LED light brightens up the working surface. Retractable tool hook allows the user to store the tool when not in use.
